Jan Frodeno is a German Olympic gold medalist and three-time IRONMAN® World Champion. His record of achievement defines what it means to push your limits. In 2019, Frodeno set an overall course best at the IRONMAN World Championship, winning in 7:51:13 and becoming the third triathlete to finish a full distance IRONMAN in under eight hours. He is a three-time winner of the IRONMAN World Championship and a two-time winner of the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship.
