Breitling is proud to accept the "Universal Fair Pay Analyst" award from the FPI Fair Pay Innovation Lab, a recognition marking the company as the first in the watch industry to receive this accolade on a global level.
COMMUNITY AND TRACEABILITY BASED SUPPLY CHAINS
Our artisanal and small-scale gold and lab-grown diamonds are fully traceable to producers who we’ve individually selected for their responsibility towards their employees, their local communities and the environment. The entire supply chain is documented, verified, and shared back with you on our enhanced traceability NFT and our Sourcemap.
CIRCULARITY
Our watch box received the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label for its sustainable re-interpretation of the traditional watch packaging. It is one of our key examples to date in implementing circularity that we will build upon going forward.
PLANET
ACTING WITH URGENCY ACROSS SYSTEMS
We respect climate, water and biodiversity and are working with our stakeholders to develop a regenerative approach to nature and take tangible action, including on reducing plastic waste. Our greenhouse gas reduction targets are aligned to the Corporate Net Zero Standard and validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. We are one of eight early adopters in Switzerland of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures. Plastic waste across our operations are being reduced thanks to a concerted effort by our stakeholders.
CLIMEWORKS
Breitling’s carbon reduction roadmap is validated by the Science Based Targets initiative and aligned to its most ambitious Corporate Net-Zero Standard.
Surfrider
Breitling is proud to support the Surfrider Foundation, a non-governmental organization devoted to fighting for coastal preservation and clean oceans.
Climate Impulse
The first nonstop around-the-world, zero-emission flight, with a green hydrogen-powered airplane, estimated to last nine days and conceived to inspire climate action at large.

Our reporting line (SpeakUp) is accessible to our suppliers who wish to raise concerns about compliance with our Supplier COC, Employee COC and other policies. Reports can be submitted anonymously through either phone or a web interface. Reporting concerns through SpeakUp is safe and confidential.
