Return

If you or the recipient wish to return a Breitling product, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact the Breitling Client Relations Squad at or email us at to request a return.

  • Follow the return instructions provided by Breitling included in the package.

  • Our Concierge team will provide you with a pre-paid return label and arrange a collection.

  • Return the product within 14 days of thedelivery date.

  • Once Breitling has received the returned product, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that in order to receive a full refund, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, complete with all accessories and with all labels and security tags still attached.

Refund

Upon receiving a return, Breitling will verify that the returned products meet the conditions outlined in the return policy.A strict quality control process will be undertaken to ensure this. If the returned products meet the quality control standard, Breitling will proceed with the applicable refund. Please note that this process may take up to 14 days. If the returned products do not meet the quality control standard, Breitling may refuse the return, or offer a partial refund. In the case that a return is refused, the Breitling products will be sent back to the customer or the gift recipient, as applicable.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item in accordance with our standard return policy.

Please note:

All Breitling returns are fully insured.

Only Breitling products that have been purchased via the website or through the Client Relations Squad may be returned to Breitling through this process.

Breitling products that have been altered in any way, customized or engraved cannot be returned to Breitling for a refund.
