Our Services
Regular maintenance of your Breitling watch ensures that its "engine" retains its performance and reliability over time. Proper maintenance consists of cleaning components, replacing worn parts, and lubricating. We also help to keep your watch looking like new by meticulously polishing the case and bracelet. Extend the life of your watch - and protect your investment.
Maintenance service
A maintenance service is recommended every 2 years and includes: checking movement parameters and watch functions, changing all seals, checking water resistance, cleaning the case and metal bracelet; changing the battery for quartz watches.
Complete service
A complete service is recommended every 4 to 6 years and includes: disassembly, cleaning, exchange of standard movement parts (including certain hands), assembly, lubrication, adjustment and setting of movement function parameters; changing all seals, checking water resistance; battery replacement for quartz watches; polishing of the case and bracelet.
polishing service
This service includes case and bracelet polishing.
Can only be ordered in addition to a maintenance service (not available for watches with black DLC coating and Breitlight).
emergency service
An emergency service includes: control of parameters of movement, transmitter(s) and antenna(s), test receiver or charger (depending on the model); exchange of batteries and accumulator (depending on the model) and of main gaskets; water resistance control, polishing of the case and bracelet.
Certificate of authenticity
A certificate of authenticity includes the analysis of the watch and the issuance of a certificate of authenticity; if any non-compliant parts need to be replaced in order to restore the watch to its original condition, these will be invoiced separately.
Each one of our authorized retailers, boutiques and authorized Breitling service centers will change your bracelet or strap for you. All boutiques , authorized retailers and service center are listed HERE

By respecting the service deadlines recommended by Breitling, and by ensuring that servicing is done by an authorized service center, you will extend the lifespan of your watch – and protect your investment.
Every 2 years we recommend a maintenance service, which includes: checking movement parameters and watch functions, changing all seals, checking water resistance, cleaning of the case and metal bracelet; changing the battery for quartz watches.
Every 4 to 6 years, we recommend a complete service, which includes: disassembly, cleaning and replacing of standard movement parts, assembly, lubrication, adjustment and setting of movement function parameters; changing all seals, partial changing of hands and checking of water resistance; refurbishment* of the case and metal bracelet; changing the battery for quartz watches.
*Excludes models with black carbon surface treatments.

The average delivery time is 12 weeks, plus the duration of the dispatch to and from the service center. These deadlines can vary, depending on the complexity of the intervention or the availability of spare parts.
