A derivative of the Chronomat, the Galactic was versatile enough for everyday wear, but came with intricate details and graceful dimensions that gave it an understated elegance. Some versions featured bezels made of tungsten, a material as dense as gold but harder and more durable, making it resistant to bumps and scratches. In fact, some of the Galactic’s functional features were what also gave it its beauty, such as the bezel’s four raised rider tabs. There to protect the crystal, they made the watch instantly recognizable. While the Galactic line has been discontinued, you can find an updated alternative in today’s Chronomat collection.
